We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Rota Nanny for a long-term position with a wonderful family based in Modena, Italy. The role involves caring for three children: a 4-year-old, a 19-month-old, and a newborn arriving in July. The schedule is 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, working 12 hours per day, and requires high flexibility.
The family is based in Modena but travels frequently, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with international travel and a dynamic lifestyle. Candidates must hold a valid EU Passport and be confident, experienced drivers. Proficiency in German, French, or Italian at a native or near-native level is essential for this role.
The position also involves assisting with light household chores and basic meal preparation for the children. We are looking for a discreet, organized, and proactive professional who has a proven track record with toddlers and newborns. The start date is scheduled for late May or early June, including a paid trial period.
